WHAT TO EXPECT
When you come to Cross Point Barboursville, you will find an exciting group of people who are serious about serving God. We strive to be a place you want to come to and bring your friends.
We endeavor to make everyone feel welcome and cared for when they are at Cross Point Barboursville.
Our worship is contemporary. We do sprinkle in some songs that you grew up with, this is led by Tracy Lobaldo and the Cross Point Barboursville Band.
Our messages are evangelical in perspective. We want everyone to come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We believe when you know the God that created you, it frees you to be the man or woman, boy or girl, you were designed to be. We truly believe the Word of God is the roadmap we need to navigate this life. That is why relevant Bible teaching is featured in our services!
Hey Kids, if you want to have fun on Sunday morning at 10 AM Cross Point Barboursville is the place for You. We get to learn about Jesus in an exciting way. We have some of the greatest
people to share God’s love with you. We have something special for kids ages Pre K through 5th grade.
Jessica leads you in an interactive learning time. She is so much fun. You will want to bring all your friends.
Scott will keep you laughing and help you feel welcome.
Bill, Charli, Nick, Debi, and Ken will show you that adults can worship God just like kids do.
Cross Point Barboursville is the place we want kids to run to, because Jesus loves you and we want you to know just how special you are in God’s eyes!
Wednesdays @ 6:30 PM Cross Point Barboursville has something unique. We have a service that whole families get to share together. What does this look like? Great question!
Wednesdays are wonderful because we get to worship God in an upbeat contemporary manner. Tracy Lobaldo and the Cross Point Barboursville Band will lead us. We also get to share in a teaching time with our Lead Pastor Vondie Cook. If you want to know what God has to say to us in a way you can apply it to your life, this Family Service is for YOU. The service begins at 6:30 PM and is over at 7:30 PM. This allows families to have time to get home and get the kids ready for bed so they can get to school the next morning.
